If you're unhappy with your fragrance or accidentally ordered the wrong item you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund or exchange provided that it is unused. To return your goods please either return to our shop in person or post to the following address:

Refunding your purchase:
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this can take up to 5 working days.
If you have opted for an exchange in products, we will send you confirmation once your new product has been posted.
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we will look into this straight away.
